Shipping time

The total order processing time (including delivery) is from 2 to 7 business days.
In the case of payment by bank transfer or online payment, we send each product immediately after the money is on our account. Shipments are delivered by DHL courier, usually it takes 2-3 business days in Poland and 5-7 business days to other Europe countries.

In countries where customs clearance is carried out (Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, UK, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Guernsey Island and Jersey Island) the shipping time may be extended to 2 weeks.

If the customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer or payment card, the order processing time is counted from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.
